Training and Workshops
Canopy offers practical, hands-on workshops, training and educational presentations to teach local residents proper tree planting methods, tree selection, pruning and smart watering techniques.
At volunteer plantings, Canopy trains members of the community to become tree planters and Planting Leaders for future community events.
Tapping into its diverse network of volunteer arborists, landscape professionals and environmentalists, Canopy is able to provide expert instructors on a variety of tree care and urban environment issues such as tree pruning, fruit tree care, trees and landscapes, watering techniques and planting practices, among other topics.
