Youth Employment
Canopy runs an innovative program to hire and train high school-age students for part-time tree-care positions.
The jobs with Canopy are year-round and give the youth hands-on experience with tree planting, pruning and all related tree stewardship.
Beyond learning marketable skills and earning a stipend, program participants work together to improve their neighborhoods, build local pride, and contribute to the economic and civic renewal of their community.
